Meet the Founder
Engr. Kayode Adamolekun is a business leader, author, and philanthropist committed to building people and communities through enterprise, leadership, and service. As the Founder and Group CEO of Hardams Group, he leads businesses across multiple industries while investing in initiatives that create opportunities and empower individuals to live meaningful lives.
He began his academic journey at Aisegba Community Grammar School and proceeded to the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, where he obtained a Higher National Diploma. His pursuit of excellence led him further, earning professional certifications in Mining Engineering from Leicester City University in the United Kingdom, as well as an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland.
His life motto: “The true measure of a man’s life is not in what he possesses, but in the number of lives he is able to touch positively.”

Planning Team
Behind every initiative and outreach effort is a dedicated team responsible for planning, coordination, and execution.
The Planning Team works closely to organize events, manage logistics, and ensure that every activity carried out by the Foundation is purposeful, well-structured, and impactful.
From coordinating outreach programs to handling administrative processes behind the scenes, their role is essential to the smooth running of the Foundation’s work.
